DATO SRI STANLEY GOH

Dato Sri Stanley Goh has over 30 years of business experience, with his commercial ventures spanning multiple industries fields and countries. His areas of involvement include construction, electrical engineering, broadcasting, sturgeon fish farming research, gambling, transportation, port operations, public transportation system management, electronic payment platforms, telecommunications, environmental technology research and more.

He has founded various enterprises in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, UK, US, Abu Dhabi, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and Taiwan. In 2016, he led his group to be listed on the stock exchange in the US and also achieved a listing on the Qianhai Startups Board in Shenzhen, China in the same year. With many years of experience in corporate management, he has also received numerous business awards and appointments.

MR. MARAN

Mr. Maran is the Executive Director of COB and has developed effective processes and directed complex logistics functions for multimillion-dollar projects. With Sixteen years of working experience in his field, he excels at coordinating tasks of numerous internal divisions and external agencies to ensure rapid, accurate delivery of equipment, materials and resources. His areas of expertise include distribution management, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control Process, Standards Compliance, Continuous Process Improvement, Vendor and Staff Relations, Transportation handling and training and leadership. His most extended working experience is being the head of operations of Logistics, Facility and admin at Minda Global Berhad for six years. He ensured the effectiveness and timely implementation of all logistics daily operations, including transport and hotel functions. Apart from that, he also maintained the buildings and grounds of an organisation, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies. Before joining COB, he became the Director at Radli ACM Sdn bhd. He developed and executed the company’s business strategies and oversaw the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.

DATO’ MOHD NASIR BIN YUSOFF

Dato’ Mohd Nasir has served for 35 years in The Royal Malaysian Customs Department and is seriously involved in aspects of Imports, Exports, Shipping Operations and activities at authorized ports & places of landing under sections 23, 33 of Customs Act 1967.

Wide knowledge and experience in the filed of Sales Tax, Service Tax, Excise, Import Duty, Export Duty, GST and Petroleum.

Also involved with sports and community activities as well as associations, Holding important positions in sports associations, NGOs in The Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

Dato’ Mohd Nasir is also active in planning and running campaigns regarding the important of the role and functions of the office to the community, especially while working in the states of Perak as Deputy Director of Customs and Kelantan as a Director of Customs State.

DATO JUSTIN KISHUR

Dato Justin is a founding equity stakeholder and the Director of several companies incorporated in Malaysia.

With more than 22 years of experience in business management, Dato Justin is able to preside over the complete spectrum of business operations from administration to sales, and from running ground-level activities to speaking to various industry leaders.

From zero knowledge in the Tourism Industry, achieved goal by owning and managing a Travel Agency for 13 years. Dato Justin has advanced through many roles in different agencies such as Senior Manager, Branch Manager, Head of Operations and Director of Operations. He is also a Negotiator at the prestigious Carey Real Estate and specializes in Hotel Investments.

Dato Justin has got a degree in Business Management year 1994 in Penang KDU and his strength lies in opening up various markets. Through his business and travels, and infectious personality, Dato Justin has won the friendships of many business associates, delegates, and other industry practitioners. He is an ideas person with a can-do attitude who looks upon obstacles as challenges and thrives under pressure, Dato Justin’s passion and experience brings an operations powerhouse, strong market intuition, and a vast local/international network.

MR. ALEX SHEE CHEE WENG

Mr. Alex Shee Chee Weng, 46 years old, is a businessman and social worker. He has extensive experience in community service and politics, having held various leadership positions in social organizations. He has long been involved in charitable activities, addressing local welfare issues and promoting social development. As a diplomat, he is responsible for fostering and strengthening cooperation and relations between his organization and the government, driving policy implementation. Skilled in multilingual communication, he actively contributes to both social and economic development.

MR. LIM CHI CHAU

Mr. Lim is a native of Perak State, born in Tg. Malim district. Next, realizing the high interest in the field of law, he is determined to pursue Bachelor of Law at the International Islamic University of Malaysia. He also has extensive experience mainly practices in criminal and civil litigations and founder of Lim Chi Chau & Company.

Mr. Lim holds and participates in several Committees as follows, Member of the Criminal Law Committee of the Bar Council (2015), Member of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee (2012-2016), Member of the Steering National Legal Aid Foundation Committee from 2015 and Member of the Legal Conference Organizing Committee Malaysian Law.

MS. CHRISTINE SIM SAN SAN

Ms. Christine Sim has over 15 years of experience in corporate conveyancing, having provided counsel to numerous banks and financial institutions regarding commercial and retail banking facilities. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including handling conveyancing matters, subsale transactions, as well as preparation and review of corporate agreements.

Ms. Christine currently serves as advisor for numerous companies, providing expertise in legal and corporate affairs. Her vast knowledge and experience enable her to skillfully negotiate dealings with government agencies and private limited enterprises (smes), particularly in the realm of corporate funding, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder rights and interests, and directorial disputes. She specializes in working with businesses involved in construction, renewable energy sources, telecommunications and trade.
